Purposes of use of personal information

    • Regular training is provided to employees on handling personal data.

  • Physical safety control measures

    • Office entrances and exits are equipped with secure doors and are kept locked.

    • Office document storage is kept locked.

  • Technical safety control measures

    • We use cloud servers that are equipped with security measures.

    • Access to equipment and files is restricted through the use of IDs and passwords.

    • SSL and other security and cross-site scripting measures are used.

  • Understanding the external environment

    • We use cloud servers provided by a domestic operator.

Procedures for Requesting Disclosure, Correction, Deletion, etc.

When we receive requests to disclose, correct, or delete personal information provided to us for the following purposes, as well as requests for disclosure of records of provision of personal information to third parties, we respond promptly in accordance with our procedures.

    • Decisions regarding acceptance or rejection in our recruitment activities, communication in relation to such decisions, etc.

    • Employment management of our company’s employees, related communications, etc.

To request disclosure of personal information, please obtain the prescribed application form from us and submit it along with identification documents. Please note that a fee of 1,000 yen per application will be charged for the notification of the purpose of use and disclosure.
