Yoichiro Yano, President and CEO of Gramco Limited, appointed as Brand Strategy Advisor for Briobecca Urayasu

Yoichiro Yano, President and CEO of GRAMCO Limited (headquartered in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Atsuro Yamada, Chairman and Representative Director; hereafter "the Company"), has been appointed as the Brand Strategy Advisor for Briobecca Urayasu, a soccer club based in Urayasu City, Chiba Prefecture (managing company: Bay Football Urayasu Co. Ltd). We will continue to support Briobecca in terms of brand strategy and practical operations in order to further develop its club vision of "a team loved by the community that develops world-class players from local junior players, and one that the citizens of Urayasu and the surrounding areas can watch and support as they grow."

Additionally, we will support their project to formulate a "Purpose," which expresses the club's brand purpose as its basic philosophy, as well as "Values," which express its sense of values and action guidelines. We will also support the creation of a platform to enable communication with various stakeholders, such as top team supporters, academy students and their parents/guardians, sponsors, local residents, and local governments. Given the public nature of this project, Gramco will provide this support as part of its pro bono activities.

The "Purpose" and "Values" of Briobecca Urayasu are to be announced after the end of this season.

■ Comment from Yoichiro Yano on his appointment as the Brand Strategy Advisor of Briobecca Urayasu

Briobecca Urayasu started out as a soccer school for children and has grown to this point under the watchful eye of the local community. Now the top team has reached the top of the League for Members of Society and continues to embrace new challenges. It also has a variety of categories, from junior to senior, and is deeply rooted in the community. We empathize with the activities of clubs like this and are pleased to support them. Toward the further development of Briobecca Urayasu, we hope to utilize Gramco's branding know-how to "enliven" all concerned.

Briobecca Urayasu is a local club that has grown to the point where its top team has been promoted to the JFL (Japan Football League), while increasing the number of its categories as the children involved grow up. In August 2024, we added Ichikawa City as a new hometown and declared our future goal of joining the J-League.
In order for us to grow further toward becoming one of Japan's leading club teams, we recognize that it is of paramount importance to manage our business with a strong sense of identity, and so we have decided to formulate a strategy in collaboration with GRAMCO Limited. It is reassuring to have such a great partner. We want to communicate our mission not only within the club, but also to the community at large, expanding the Briobecca family.

■ Briobecca Urayasu

Briobecca Urayasu is a soccer club in Urayasu City, Chiba Prefecture, with teams consisting of children, adults, and seniors (male and female) of all ages. The top team belongs to the Japan Football League (JFL) and is coached by former Japan national team member Satoshi Tsunami. The club's vision is to be "a team loved by the community that develops world-class players from local junior players, and one that the citizens of Urayasu and the surrounding areas can watch and support as they grow," with the ultimate goal of entering the J-League in the future.
