The Active Book Dialogue® (ABD) reading group will read and discuss The Heart of Business by Hubert Joly, in addition to the leadership principles inspired by Shinji Hattori, CEO of the Seiko Group.

Event

Eiji Press, publisher of the Japanese edition of Hubert Joly’s The Heart of Business, and Gramco (President Yoichiro Yano), which recommended a Japanese edition to Eiji Press and provided commentary on the book, will jointly host a series of two seminars. Please feel free to join us.
The seminars are designed as a series, but individual registration is also possible.

Active Book Dialogue® (ABD): Reading and discussing The Heart of Business and thinking about Purpose
The event will be held in person, using ABD (Active Book Dialogue®), a futuristic reading method in which all participants will read The Heart of Business together, share insights, and deepen their understanding through dialogue. Drawing on Seminar 1 for hints, participants will read the book and interact together.
We hope to gain insights from The Heart of Business, including "leadership that values people," "purpose management," and "five principles of human magic which unlock the potential of people and organizations," while also gathering further practical suggestions.
*Shinji Hattori will only be a part of Seminar 1.
*No need to read the book in advance. All participants will have time to read the book on the spot.
