Gramco Brand Club Seminar Seven Critical Roles of the Corporate Brand in Recruitment

Event

The Gramco Brand Club hosted a seminar on February 16. Toshio Hoshino, Brand Executive, Public Relations and Sustainability, Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd. was the speaker for this seminar on the topic of "Seven Critical Roles of the Corporate Brand in Recruitment." The event was held in-person, with members coming together in real time.
Hoshino first spoke about Recruit's corporate philosophy system (Vision, Mission, and Values) and the thoughts and ideas behind it. He then reviewed the "Purpose of Corporate Branding" established in 1999, talked about the relationship between product and corporate branding, and discussed the seven critical roles of corporate branding based on his experience in the field.

A lively exchange of opinions took place during the Q&A session. Everyone became better acquainted at the reception that followed for Hoshino and the participants.
In the post-seminar questionnaire, participants felt they had gained insights into the empathy and coherence within Recruit's philosophy and that they could refer to and utilize it.
