Responsible for planning brand strategies and managing projects for our clients. Key responsibilities include: preparing and presenting proposals, conducting research and analysis, planning brand concepts, overseeing creative production in collaboration with designers, and coordinating with partner companies. The role primarily involves working with key corporate personnel, including top management and corporate planning teams. Salary
250,000 yen/month; bonus: 3 times/year
Working Hours
8 hours per day, 60-minute break, Flextime system available (core hours 11:00-15:00)
Holidays
5-day workweek, with Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays off; 3 days of summer leave, and 5 days of New Year’s leave.

Required Experience and Qualifications
Graduate of a four-year university or graduate school Preferred experience in branding, management strategy, corporate planning, consulting, or marketing Fluency in English preferred (language allowance offered)
